iGeoCacher Wish List

(Version that includes the new feature)

Auto updating direction on compass.(1.11)

Preserve last sort/display criteria across reloads of the program(1.11).

When you exit the program by using Google Maps or one of the other built in features the program should display the same sort/display on the cache page you had in place instead of the default display.

Display count of filtered caches in view and DB total. (1.04)

New "splash" page that doesn't look like caches from my neighborhood. (1.04)

Compass Rose/Direction display of some sort besides bearing (1.04)

Option to hide hints or display them at the end of the detail page. (1.04)

If GPS has been turned on preserve state on program cycle. (1.11)

When exiting the program for Google Maps or web access and subsequently coming back to iGeocacher, the GPS has to be restarted again. (Author's note: this was originally by design to preserve battery life.) GPS should restart if it was previously started by the user when the program exits for other iPhone functions.

Entry of current position information from outside source (1.04)

This is primarily for the iPod Touch users that want to use the sort from location feature.

Ability to mark found caches. (v 1.11)

Noted. I suggest for the time being just using one of the available groups as your "found" group and moving caches into it as they are found.
